Dear Sir,
I stumbled across this site tonight in my never ending quest for people like
me. Loyal Confederates, that love Dixie.
I really enjoyed what Y'all have posted and plan on visiting this site
again.
I have been fortunate to travel the world, and become fiends with folks that
also love our history. I have tried on several occasions to share one very
neat article from a British newspaper that has a picture of our beloved
battle flag being flown in celebration of the fall of the USSR. It is a
amazing shot that was never shown here in America for obvious reasons. It
would mean that the flag hatters would have to admit that the world sees the
flag as a symbol of decentralized government not racism.
Every time though that I try and share this article I don't get a response.
I think it is important that we put photos and articles out there that show
that other people use our flag the same way that or Confederate fore fathers
did.
If I hear back from you I will forward this article to you in hopes that it
will be posted on your site. I write first because so many times I have went
through the trouble only to get no response, and thus never see this article
posted for other Confederates to see.
I think a great addition to your site would be photos and articles of our
flag around the world. If you agree I can provide you with a few, from the
former USSR as I travel there quite a bit.
I will wait for a response to see if Y'all are interested
Thank you

up the Georgia Flag from sun-up to sun-down, even though he is German living in
Germany. "For right is right" and this flag does need to be honoured
because of the principles for which it stands.

Major General Joseph Brevard Kershaw
Please accept this photograph of my great-great-great uncle. His service
record and the unit that bears his name (Kershaw's Brigade) are well known to
all true compatriots. His original command, the Second South Carolina
Volunteer Infantry Regiment, was used throughout the war as one of Marse
Robert's favorite "shock" troops. Throughout the regiment's entire history,
they never left the field in the hands of the federals with the exception of
Cedar Creek. In that engagement, they were swept from the field by the
retreat of their sister unit, the Third South Carolina Regiment. The attached
image was made in late 1862, just after his promotion to Brigadier General.

Scarcely a day goes by that some false prophet for pay or some writer for pay babbles that the flag of our Confederate ancestors must come down. They go on to rant and rave that some Confederate soldiers did own slaves (actually only 6% of Confederate soldiers), that it has been used by the Klan, and that it must come down. Well, perhaps it is time to verify their statements. Take a look at the flag and cross of the Klan. Do these hypocrites still demand that the flag of the Klan come down. Click on picture.
Gentlemen, Below is a reply to the above subject by one anti-Confederate flag crusader. Note which flag is the next they wish to bring down!
"One flag at a time"
"It is a given that white men think themselves to be exclusive of the
rest of humanity, therefore making any social construct they create something meant specifically for them alone to benefit from. There's
little difference between Confederate and American flags. The nation's flag is just in denial, while the Confederate has outright shown its
refusal to recognize and include non-whites into the decision-making process of the region."Ashanti
